Ebooks, audiobooks and digital bundles are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Access is provided through the store's digital-delivery system after successful payment.
Premium Paperback
The physical edition of The Luminous Prison: NEXUS-9 is printed and fulfilled on demand. Because each copy enters a production process before dispatch, fulfillment time is separate from carrier transit time.
Delivery estimates
Where available, estimated shipping costs and delivery information are shown during checkout. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Production capacity, destination, customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays and other circumstances can affect delivery time.
Shipping destinations
Physical-book delivery is available only to destinations supported by the store's current shipping configuration and fulfillment provider. If Shopify does not offer a shipping option for your address at checkout, we cannot currently ship the physical edition to that destination.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing the order. If an incorrect address is supplied, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipment, changes may no longer be possible.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees depending on the destination. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient according to local law.
Lost or damaged shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact contact@ericeledian.com with your order number and relevant details so the shipment can be investigated with the fulfillment provider or carrier.
